Postsecret is an art/postcard/blogging phenomenon. Anyone can be a part of it, and in fact I already am.
The whole idea behind Postsecret, is that you think of a secret, or more than one, that you're keeping from the world. You write it, or present it as best you can, on, you've guessed it, a postcard. Then you send it to Maryland USA, and eventually, it will be featured on the postsecret blog, or even in one of the many books that have been released given the success of Postsecret.
But the magic of postsecret, for me is not the postcards, or the secrets. But things like this; A note from the postmistress for Frank Warren; (the creator of postsecret)
'I work in the Post Office and read someone's secret. It was really sad and my heart broke for that person. I drove by their house and they were outside. I wanted to stop to say it would all be ok but knew that I couldn't. I hope that they find peace'
Before discovering Postsecret, I didn't know how many secrets I had!
The blog is updated with new secrets every Sunday, and can be found on the links section to the right. Here's a few of my past favourites;
